Mark’s Machinery & More began in a corner of Mark Walters home woodworking shop.  Having an appreciation for vintage machinery and an eye for a bargain, Mark would buy machines, refurbish them as necessary and sell them at modest profits to small-shop professionals or serious amateurs who often could not afford “new” but still needed “good.”

As his business grew, and he became more acquainted with the needs of area tradesmen, he soon realized there was a need for an area dealership offering quality new machinery, not available in the big-box stores, and began pursuing a distributorship from top tool manufacturers.  With several distributorships in hand and a newly constructed building  Mark’s Machinery was formed and is rapidly becoming one of the areas leading distributors for new, high quality woodworking and metalworking machinery and accessories.
